We are having a girl! It is so surreal to look at your child on an ultrasound. What a miracle! Now, that we know what our baby is, I can start decorating her nursery. I have decided to draw her a fairy-visited enchanted forest series where each drawing will loosely resemble a letter of her name. There will be some woodland creatures intertwined in each composition, too. I made the choice to draw my own fairy illustrations because I could not find the precise style, color, and theme I want to accomplish in her nursery. I have posted the beginnings of the first letter below, and I will post each letter as I complete them to reveal her name. Can you "see" what the first letter will be?
